We will start the day with the pick up at your hotel at approximately 04:30 a.m. to 05:00 am, we will drive to Mollepata and there we will make a short break to use the toilets, buy handicrafts and have a delicious optional breakfast that will fill you with energy, our journey will continue to Soraypampa (3,869 m.a.s.l.), there you can contemplate the white snowy Salkantay and Humantay, two colossal deities of the Andean culture.
After a short rest we will walk for 3 hours (5 km) to the dazzling Humantay Lagoon (4,221 m.a.s.l.), the level of difficulty of this hike is medium difficulty due to the climb and the altitude in which it is located, however the landscapes that you can appreciate and the place itself are worth it, this true natural wonder is one of the most beautiful places in South America due to the turquoise color of its waters that also reflect the glaciers of the sacred mountain of Humantay.
After descending from the lagoon, we will take the car to go to Mollepata to have lunch and then return to Cusco where we will arrive at approximately 5:30 p.m..
